As a Junior D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients and senior consultants to design, implement, and optimise D365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role provides hands-on experience with client projects, focusing on personal development, training, and mentoring in both technology and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior consultants in understanding client needs and translating them into functional requirements.
  • Assisting in designing and implementing D365 CE solutions across various modules.
  • Participating in workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Helping configure and customise D365 CE applications under guidance.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conducting system testing, assisting with user training, and supporting change management.
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and providing post-implementation support.
  • Staying updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Some experience or strong academic background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or CRM solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and consulting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration, or reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Microsoft certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are advantageous.

This role requires a basic understanding of business processes, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn how to configure and customise D365 CE applications.
