Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customise, and support enterprise CRM solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects to deliver robust Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

You will work onSales, Customer Service and Field Service projects, building Plugins,custom workflows, Power Apps, and REST API integrations, while following Agile processes and CI/CD practices

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations and support engagements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Create and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations, and Web APIs.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
• Produce technical design documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.
