D365 CE & Power Platform Lead Developer / Technical Lead –£80k

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a D365 CE & Power Platform Lead Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft business applications in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

This is an ideal role for a technically strong and hands-on leader with deep experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. You’ll take ownership of technical solution design, mentor a growing team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the technical architecture and development of solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.

  • Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

  • Mentor and guide developers, instilling best practices around solution design, automation, and performance.

  • Drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and user-focused outcomes.

  • Ensure adherence to coding, security, and platform governance standards.

Essential Experience:


  • Extensive experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead on D365 CE and Power Platform projects.

  • Hands-on with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.

  • Strong background in C# .NET, JavaScript, and custom connectors.

  • Proven experience with Azure services, Logic Apps, and YAML pipelines.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Service Bus, and ALM strategies for the Power Platform ().

  • PL-400 certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:


  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work across Agile teams and support digital transformation initiatives.

Package:


  • Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

  • Hybrid working

  • 25 days holiday bank holidays
