Role & Responsibilities

1. Lead support and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet business needs.
2. Become an internal subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
3. Design custom workflows, plugins, applications, and integrations to enhance D365 CE capabilities.
4. Keep up to date with the latest features and functionalities of D365 CE/CRM.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in configurations, customizations, and integrations.
2. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to foresee potential system issues and prevent them.
