D365 CE Junior Functional Consultant

Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Junior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join an established MS Partner working with clients from various industries on digital transformation projects.

You'll play a crucial role in assisting the clients optimise their operational processes and accomplish their goals by utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This flexible, home-based role requires the successful candidate to travel to the customer site(s) when necessary. This could be UK-wide but will fluctuate depending on the phase of a customer project.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and then transforming them into effective user stories.
• Managing the implementation of modules.
• Working closely with other team members and providing mentoring to a Junior Functional Consultant.

Skills and Qualifications

• Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE experience in the functional implementation of the projects (either with end users or partners).
• Understanding of one or more core modules, including sales, marketing, field service, and customer service.
• Analytic and cooperative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Full project life-cycle expertise.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to provide a confident approach to customer interactions and stakeholder management.
