Pearson Carter is partnering with a fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner based in Milton Keynes, UK. They’re seeking an experienced D365 CE CRM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform to lead key projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and architectural direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations




• Deliver robust, scalable solutions on the Power Platform, including Model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, and Portals/Pages




• Manage the full project lifecycle: from requirements gathering through design, configuration, customization, and go-live support

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment




• Proven track record designing and architecting Dynamics 365 CE solutions




• Solid hands-on experience with Power Platform tools — Power Apps, Power Automate, and Portals
