D365 CXE Senior Business Consultant

Location:

Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required

Salary:

Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Benefits:

• Bonus: Yes
• Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

• Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
• Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will lead customer-facing project teams, providing functional consultancy and industry best practices to ensure successful project implementations in analysis, design, delivery, and commercial activities.

Travel and Hybrid Working:

We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work and office presence, with planned onsite visits based on project needs. Regular team meetings are coordinated within each team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong business knowledge in key Functional D365 CE areas
• Experience managing successful projects using customer-centric delivery models
• Knowledge of Sales, Customer Insights, and Service solutions
• Ability to understand and link customer requirements to business processes
• Relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
