A leading consultancy in the UK seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid role focused on Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in the not-for-profit sector. You will lead CRM projects, mentor analysts, and engage with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with not-for-profit experience to join a Dynamics 365 CE team in a permanent hybrid role. You will lead CRM projects, mentor analysts, and deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, drive process optimisation, and ensure high-quality implementations that deliver measurable business value.
Lead workshops and capture business requirements from stakeholders
Design, configure, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with client objectives
Mentor and guide Business Analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
Drive process optimisation, system adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver tangible business impact
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations, preferably with not-for-profit clients
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform
Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
Experience mentoring or leading Business Analysts
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills
Permanent hybrid role with flexibility and occasional client site visits
