D365 Business Central Lead Finance Consultant, £85,000

Pearson Carter is proud to partner with a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Surrey, as they expand their D365 Business Central consulting team. They deliver projects across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Retail sectors, with a strong presence in the UK, Spain, and the USA.

This role offers the chance to join a company that values technical expertise, collaboration, transparency, and employee well-being. They offer an attractive salary of £85,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, focusing on Finance modules.
• Manage small to large projects domestically and internationally.
• Work with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing consultancy.

Experience:

• At least 5 years as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience delivering finance modules in full implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and project delivery within Dynamics BC.
• Partner experience preferred; strong end-user candidates with multi-project management experience will also be considered.

Location:

Home-based role, ideally in the North East of England or below (not open to Scotland-based applicants).

Salary:

£85,000, commensurate with experience.
