D365 Business Central Lead Consultant

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Business Central across our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BC Implementations: Drive end-to-end D365 Business Central projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manufacturing Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (production planning, BOM, routings, MRP, shop floor control) to design efficient solutions.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a functional team, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into system functionality.
Integration Management: Oversee integrations with third‑party systems (CRM, WMS, MES, etc.).
Training & Support: Provide user training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years working with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
Proven experience in manufacturing environments (discrete or process manufacturing).
Strong understanding of finance, inventory, and supply chain modules.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.

Soft Skills:
