D365 Business Central Consultant – Jet Reports

Rate: Up to £575/day (Outside IR35)

Remote (UK-based)

Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to support a retail-focused implementation. This role involves hands-on configuration, data handling, and business reporting, with Jet Reports expertise as an essential requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver functional support and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, tailored to a retail operating environment.
• Build and maintain Jet Reports to meet reporting and MI requirements across finance and operations.
• Load and manage Configuration Packages, including data migration and validation.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
• Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Work closely with teams managing stock, sales, purchasing, and finance modules.
• Provide strong experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Be proficient in designing and delivering Jet Reports.
• Have hands-on experience with Configuration Packages and data uploads.
• Be comfortable working in a retail environment, with knowledge of relevant business processes.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
• Have an understanding of stock and inventory management within Business Central.
• Experience integrating Business Central with third-party retail systems or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Platform tools.
