Job Description:

Are you an experienced D365 BC Project Manager looking to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations? We're working with a growing Microsoft Partner seeking a confident, delivery-focused professional to lead Business Central projects across a range of industries.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and developers to ensure successful delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisations
• Defining project scope, timelines, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Managing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinating internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Monitoring risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV projects
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-facing experience, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus
