Job Title: Senior D365 Business Central Developer
Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior D365 Business Central Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You'll play a key role in developing and customising solutions to meet our business needs, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and other developers to enhance system functionality and performance.
Design, develop, and maintain customisations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC / NAV) using AL language and Visual Studio Code
Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal applications via APIs and web services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple environments
Support system upgrades, data migrations, and deployment of new functionality
Follow best practices in source control, testing, and DevOps for Business Central
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers if needed
Minimum 4+ years of experience with D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV development
Strong experience in AL and C/AL development, Visual Studio Code, and Git
Solid understanding of Business Central architecture, extensions (v2), and event-driven programming
Experience with APIs, web services, and integration tools
Good knowledge of financial and operational business processes (finance, warehousing, inventory, etc.)
Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
