We are seeking an experienced Project Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract to lead the delivery of a strategic refresh of our mobile app. This role requires strong project leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, within-scope, high-quality delivery of the app.

What does the job involve?

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of the mobile app refresh, from initiation to launch and review.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, UX/UI, Development, QA, Compliance, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and resource trackers.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., FCA, GDPR).
• Facilitate governance and produce status reports for senior management.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Support UAT and sign-off processes.
• Coordinate dependencies and align delivery with business goals.

Knowledge and experience

• Proven experience managing digital projects, ideally mobile apps.
• Strong background in financial services and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira).
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and changing deadlines.
