Job summary

Staffline Bolton is seeking a Reach FLT Driver to join our client in Bolton. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, with a pay rate of £13.38 per hour and full-time hours. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with on-site support from Staffline.

Applicants should hold a Reach forklift licence and have experience in a similar role. Benefits include canteen and free on-site parking, PPE provided, full training, and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently in a palletised storage and distribution environment.
• Scan pallets accurately into the correct locations and complete all tasks fully.
• Move, organise and handle goods carefully to maintain product quality and condition.
• Support the smooth flow of stock throughout the warehouse operation.
• Carry out equipment checks and report any faults, damage or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow site safe systems of work, including PPE, walkways and designated areas.
• Work closely with Supervisors, colleagues and shift teams to ensure clear handovers and operational priorities are met.
