Base pay range

D&T Supply Value Stream Team Administrator

Business Title: D&T Supply Value Stream Team Administrator

Location: Glasgow City

Work Hours: Day Shift, Regular 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Work Schedule: 5 days onsite (possibility of working from home once a week after initial settling-in period)

Contract:: 12 months

Travel: Occasional travel may be needed depending on job responsibilities

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: 1 round onsite interview with a panel (2 hiring managers)

Duties

The Team and Project Administrator will provide administrative support across two key areas:

Support to the D&T Supply Value Stream Director

Organising team activities

Calendar management

Meeting coordination

Minute taking

Support to Project Teams Across the Supply Value Stream

Specific focus on supply chain planning

Coordinating project activities

Managing schedules and finances

Ensuring effective communication within the team

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
