Job Description: Lidl Warehouse Operative

Join Lidl as a Warehouse Operative and be a vital part of our team, ensuring our stores receive the right stock on time. Your responsibilities will include picking products, checking stock, and working independently to process orders, helping us keep our shelves stocked for our customers.

What we offer:

• Hourly pay rate between £12.75 - £13.65, with additional payments for bank holidays (£2.00/hour) and night shifts (£3.50/hour)
• 40-hour contracts with shifts from 14:00 to 22:30
• 30-35 days holiday (pro-rata), in-store discount, pension scheme, and other benefits

Responsibilities:

• Follow picking instructions carefully via headset
• Pack various products, including chilled and frozen items, with premium payments for low-temperature work
• Ensure deliveries are securely stacked
• Report damaged items
• Work independently through your orders
