The team aims to differentiate their solutions and provide better value to policyholders, brokers, and insurer partners by combining high-quality insurance coverage with technological innovation, underwriting talent, and excellent service. With capacity, infrastructure, and distribution in place, they now seek a Lead Underwriter / Head of Management Liability / D&O to oversee underwriting strategies for one or multiple insured products, ensuring standards and controls are maintained. You will play a key role in product development, building strong broker relationships to maximize financial results, and establishing yourself as a market trading expert.
You will lead meetings, presentations, and tenders to secure new business, promote the product range, and leverage commercial opportunities. The role involves mentoring and coaching team members, building expertise, and contributing to the growth of the MGA.
