Job summary

A leading project management consultancy is seeking an experienced Cytric Project Manager to lead global Travel & Expense (T&E) system implementations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience, particularly with Cytric and MobileExpense platforms. This role involves managing end-to-end projects, ensuring effective communication across multicultural teams, and overseeing integration with finance systems. Remote working with travel to Germany is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Cytric and MobileExpense platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and SAP Finance integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of global T&E projects using Cytric and MobileExpense tools.
• Manage at least 3 end-to-end (E2E) implementations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading global Travel & Expense (T&E) system implementations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience and a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end projects in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of global T&E projects using Cytric (Travel) and MobileExpense (Expenses) tools.

• Manage at least 3 end-to-end (E2E) implementations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Oversee seamless integration with Workday and SAP Finance systems.

• Coordinate with cross-functional, multicultural teams based in India and Manila.

• Engage with global stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.

• Demonstrated experience with Cytric and MobileExpense platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Workday and SAP Finance integration.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience managing global teams and clients.
