An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join the Cytology Department within Cellular Pathology at NNUH, based at the Cotman Centre.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Office team supporting Cervical Cytology for the HPV Primary Screening Pathway in the East of England, ensuring an effective, efficient, responsive, and empathetic service.
Cytology is a busy, time-sensitive laboratory aiming for a 14-day turnaround time, processing approximately 400,000 samples annually. We are one of eight laboratories delivering a lean clinical cervical cytology service to the East of England.
We seek a highly organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven. The interview date is scheduled for 16th May 2025.
Our small Office team works closely and cohesively. The ideal candidate will be focused, motivated, helpful, supportive, and flexible, providing professional administrative support to the Cytology Department. The role also involves investigation work, including:
