Job Description:

Do you want part-time or full-time work in one of the largest catering companies in the UK? We have flexible Catering Assistant roles where you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like.

Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, helping you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. This is a Monday-Friday position from 0800-1400. Previous cold food prep experience, serving, till experience, and Black Safety shoes are essential.

Main Responsibilities for Catering Assistants

• Be polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow guidance and procedures from lead chef and/or room manager to maximize team potential.
• Take pride in your work and adhere to standards with your team.
• Seek to improve personal skills and performance continuously.
• Comply with all company policies regarding Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
• Take responsibility for your own health and safety.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Enjoy your work, smile, and have fun!
