Job summary

Victim Support is recruiting a Children and Young People Team Leader to work across Warwickshire, providing leadership to two CYP Case Workers and three CHIDVAs, ensuring trauma-informed, safe, high-quality delivery. The role includes supporting the Operations Manager, guiding safeguarding practices, and using data to drive continuous improvement; hybrid working and travel across Warwickshire are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in services for children and/or domestic abuse.
• Experience as an IDVA or operational experience with children and young people or domestic abuse.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to CYP Case Workers and CHIDVAs to deliver high-quality, safe services.
• Support the Operations Manager with the running and development of the service.
• Advise on safeguarding, risk, and case complexity, and use data to drive improvement.
