You will support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and targeted interventions for children aged 0 to 11 and their families, under the supervision of the SCPHN/TC/0-19 CYP PH clinical Lead, collaborating closely with the 0-19 PH team.

Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants subscribed to the DBS update service can present a valid certificate instead of a new check.

Note: Applications from candidates needing Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are ineligible.

Your responsibilities include supporting the Healthy Child Programme, promoting health among school-age children and their families, covering the ParentLine 5-19 texting service, and providing advice and support on child development, health, and behavior, referring to other services as appropriate.
