Victim Support is recruiting four Children and Young People Programme Facilitators for a new national service across England and Wales. The role provides information, emotional support and links to services via a dedicated helpline and a new online peer-support programme.

We welcome applicants with CYP experience, strong communication and safeguarding abilities, and a commitment to empowering young people through uncertainty and transition.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with children and young people.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance via a national helpline.
• Facilitate an online peer support programme for children and young people.
• Assess needs and connect callers with appropriate services.
• Collaborate with partner organisations across England and Wales.
