A leading mental health service provider in the UK seeks a qualified candidate to join their team supporting young people in mental health. The role involves reviewing referrals, advising on options, and providing consultation. The company offers flexible working arrangements, including remote opportunities. An understanding of systems is essential, and prior experience in mental health is preferred.
The team supports young people up to 18 years of age in the West Cheshire, Central Cheshire, and East Cheshire areas.
This is an exciting opportunity as we develop our 0-18 Mental Health Access Services in the community.
Please join the Children & Young Person’s Mental Health Hub Team to be part of these developments.
We offer a Cheshire-wide service. The post holder will be required to work at least once a week in Crewe, with options for working at satellite offices and remotely.
As a member of the clinical team, you will lead or contribute to reviewing referrals to the Cheshire Children and Young People’s Mental Health Hub (CYPMHH). Your responsibilities include triaging referrals, advising on support options, and signposting. You will also support professionals working with families and young people through consultations, offering advice, guidance, and signposting. The role focuses on prevention and early access to intervention.
This role involves high demand, but you will join a motivated team with supportive leadership. Remote work will be part of your scheduled hours.
Computer skills are essential as all systems are electronic.
Flexible and hybrid working options are encouraged, including face-to-face and virtual work.
See the job description for specific duties related to the role.
