Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Assistant Psychologist to join the CYPMHS Eating Disorders Service for children and/or adolescents in Radlett. The role focuses on data collection and supporting service development with supervision from a Clinical Psychologist.

You will provide direct and indirect psychological interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team, under supervision, contributing to high-quality mental health care for young people.

Qualifications

• Upper second-class honours degree in psychology or equivalent
• Postgraduate level training in relevant Psychological or Mental Health area

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of health and psychosocial care needs for children/adolescents with mental health disorders and eating disorders.
• Provide a range of clinical interventions under supervision of a Clinical Psychologist.
• Assist in data collection, audit, ROMs, and KPI reporting for service evaluation.
• Coordinate and run therapeutic groups as appropriate.
• Maintain liaison with other services and the MDT to ensure coordinated care.

Education
