Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with HCPC, Social Work England or the NMC is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health risk assessments and plan crisis interventions.
• Provide 7-day follow ups and safeguard young people.
• Collaborate with families, Crisis Line, and external agencies to ensure safe pathways.
