Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Wales is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary classes in Ceredigion. You will assist teachers with daily activities, run small-group intervention sessions, and provide additional support to pupils' learning and development, helping them reach their full potential.

We require a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable), experience in primary settings, a good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 qualification desirable.
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Positive, patient and flexible approach to supporting learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with daily activities.
• Carry out small-group intervention sessions.
• Provide additional support to pupils' learning and development.
