Factoring Finance Recruitment has been engaged on an exclusive basis to build a team for a new entrant in the Business Finance/ABL market.

Cynergy Bank is the UK’s digital bank serving the needs of 'scale-up' or medium-sized and fast-growing SMEs; professionals; high net worth and mass affluent individuals—market segments that value personal service enabled by great technology.

In the coming months, we will launch our own Asset Based Lending business.

Cynergy Business Finance is a new subsidiary supporting UK trading businesses with funding against receivables, plant & machinery, inventory, property assets, cash flow loans, and RLS loans.

They aim to blend traditional relationship management with digital technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience, supporting clients in diverse circumstances, from straightforward needs to complex cases involving growth, acquisition, turnaround, and expansion.

We are building a team of high-caliber professionals for this exciting new venture for Cynergy Bank.

Roles include:

• North West (Manchester base): Head of Risk & Operations, Head of Credit, Relationship Manager, Business Manager, Finance Manager, Credit Controllers, Data Processors
