Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence required; ADR in class 2 gases preferred.
• Driver CPC and valid Drivers Digital Tachograph Card.

Class 2 Cylinder Driver

Salary: £34,374.60

Hours: 45

Location: Birmingham

How you’ll power our business as a Class 2 Driver

Flogas is powered by Drivers like you. Whether you’re making sure an elderly couple keeps warm and cosy, helping a barbeque go with a swing, or fuelling a family holiday, you’ll ensure your customers are always connected to the energy they need, come rain or shine. We rely on you to make LPG cylinder deliveries on time – and above all – safely, day in and day out. Because at Flogas, if it’s not safe, it’s not done. Simple.

Enjoy the freedom of the open road every day in your class 1 vehicle, taking your responsibilities seriously, keeping customers informed, and stopping for a chat with regulars. This role offers a perfect balance of autonomy and teamwork. Our Drivers collaborate to understand routes, assist each other, and prepare for deliveries and the day ahead.

What we’ll need from you

• LGV Class 2 licence. An ADR in class 2 gases is preferred, but we’ll support you to gain this if you don’t already have one.
• Driver CPC and valid Drivers Digital Tachograph Card, with good knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations.
• A calm, unflappable approach, and a commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Flexibility and good communication to stay connected with the team.
• A willingness to learn new procedures to improve service and safety.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check to ensure safety for all.
