Bond Turner Limited is recruiting Personal Injury Solicitors and Fee Earners to join our Complex Injury Cycling team in Liverpool. You will manage cycling-related PI cases and progress files from instruction to settlement, developing specialist expertise in a niche, fast-growing area of law.

You'll work in a supportive environment with opportunities to handle high-quality claims and advance your career within a client-centred firm that values collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation or transferable legal experience with a strong interest in developing expertise in this niche.

Responsabilités

• Manage cycling-related personal injury claims, primarily RTC-focused.
• Progress files from instruction through to settlement, ensuring high standards of accuracy and client service.
• Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare clear, well-structured documentation.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members on more complex or high-value matters.
• Maintain excellent file management, compliance and professional standards.
