Bond Turner is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our Complex Injury Cycling team in Liverpool. You will handle cycling-related PI cases, working on high-quality files with a focus on road justice and client care.

Ideal candidates will have PI litigation experience (NQ-3 PQE welcomed) and enjoy a collaborative environment. You'll manage a busy caseload and contribute to a growing niche area.

Qualifications

• Interest in cycling and road justice.
• Experience in personal injury litigation or related field.
• NQ-3 years' PQE welcomed; PI fee earners encouraged.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, RTC-focused.
• Progress files from instruction to settlement with accuracy.
• Assess liability and quantum; gather evidence.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties.
• Work with senior team members on complex matters.
• Maintain file management, compliance and professional standards.
