An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Cycle Mechanic to join their vibrant team. With a fleet of 3,000 cycles, our Cycle Centre is a thriving hub and a key part of the Center Parcs experience. Our dedicated team is responsible for ensuring our cycles and equipment are ready to hire out to our guests twice per week.
CYCLE CENTRE MECHANIC |£13.09 per hour
As a Cycle Mechanic you will work in conjunction with the Cycle Centre management team to ensure the smooth running of the Cycle Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of service to our guests, repairing and maintaining cycles and equipment which our guests hire during their break. Other responsibilities will include training new starters in cycle maintenance and cycle safety, ensuring training records are kept up to date, monitoring all parts and stock, updating and maintaining records as appropriate.
The successful candidate will also be required to assist the Cycle Centre management team in checking cycles which have been serviced to ensure all equipment is being maintained to the correct company standard.
Excellent customer services and communication skills will be required as you will deal with guests on a daily basis.

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 136 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Shifts will be 4 or 5 days out of 7, including weekends, varied hours of work from 7am-8pm Mondays and Fridays, 8.30am-7pm Sunday and Thursday, 8.30am-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
