Your responsibilities

Uniper UK seeks an undergraduate starting September 2024 for 12 months. You will support our information security management team to enhance the security of our UK assets. The role requires interpersonal and cybersecurity skills to work directly with UK Information Security managers.

• Assist and support the UK Information Security Manager in cybersecurity improvements and initiatives.
• Maintain communication with UK sites and on-site security personnel.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and technical departments.
• Own specific security initiatives, e.g., supplier portal management.
• Maintain security dashboards across UK sites.

Your profile

Essential:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of information security standards assessment frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, CAF).
• Confidence in communicating at all organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Passion for security and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Currently studying in fields like information security or computer science.
• Interest in the energy sector.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT).
• UK Driving License.
