Zenzero in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for ZenSec to ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity services for clients. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, monitor performance against agreed outcomes, and act as a trusted partner to customers across security domains.

Working with security teams and client stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement, align with regulations and standards, and build long-term customer satisfaction while championing

• Desirable: ITIL certification; managed security services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of IT security services to clients.
• Manage service performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with security teams to resolve service issues and critical incidents.
• Own service delivery processes, documentation and SOPs.
• Build trusted client relationships.
• Conduct regular service review meetings.
• Drive proactive risk management activities.
• Ensure alignment with security regulations and industry standards.
