FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager (Operations & Architecture) to lead security programmes across the client’s IT landscape, overseeing security operations, risk management, and incident response with best-practice governance.

The role requires hands-on cloud security in AWS/Azure and a proven Cybersecurity Architect background in large enterprises, guiding security architecture and threat modelling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud security experience across AWS, Azure, and SaaS environments.
• Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing and managing SIEM, XSOAR, EDR, SSPM, and mobile security solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Investigate security incidents, analyse root causes, and drive remediation efforts.
• Monitor cyber threats and security alerts to ensure timely response and mitigation.
• Deliver security awareness programmes, phishing simulations, and incident response exercises.
• Enhance security risk assessment methodologies and recommend risk treatment plans.
• Provide technical leadership as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.
• Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies and solutions.
