Interface Recruitment is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer – Global Manufacturing Lead to protect cutting-edge manufacturing operations and OT/IT infrastructure globally. You will design and implement security across IT and OT, focusing on ICS/SCADA, Zero Trust, and cloud security.

You will lead risk assessments, pentests, and audits, collaborate with IT, production and leadership, and drive incident response and disaster recovery.

Qualificações

• Proven cybersecurity engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.
• Knowledge of ICSS/SCADA security and Zero Trust architectures.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred.

• Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity solutions across IT and OT (Operational Technology) environments.
• Develop robust security strategies to safeguard industrial control systems (ICS), IoT devices, and enterprise networks.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities using advanced security tools (SIEM, EDR, XDR).
• Lead risk assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits to ensure alignment with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with IT, production, and leadership teams to foster a security-first culture across global operations.
• Drive incident response, forensic investigations, and disaster recovery planning to minimize operational disruptions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of ICSS/SCADA security, Zero Trust architecture, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, and OT security solutions.
• Familiarity with cyber risk frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CEH, or equivalent (preferred).
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
