We are looking for a passionate Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Specialist to support our Group Cybersecurity team in London. This role involves developing, delivering, and promoting a global Cybersecurity Awareness program to foster a security-conscious culture across all business units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver: Create tailored security awareness programs for diverse audiences, including IT staff, high-risk areas, and executives.
• Content creation: Design engaging training materials, including gamified content across multiple formats such as videos and presentations.
• External engagement: Lead cybersecurity awareness sessions for students as part of outreach programs.
• Measure impact: Assess and improve the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate: Work with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate programs into existing platforms.
• Stay informed: Keep up with emerging threats, trends, and technologies to ensure relevance.
• Engage stakeholders: Communicate effectively to manage expectations and demonstrate value.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have experience managing security awareness platforms like KnowBe4, a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, and experience in learning and development. Skills in delivering engaging training, including gamification and using AI tools like ChatGPT, are essential. Travel to India and European countries, as well as occasional visits to Reading and Liverpool, will be required.
