Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking a Design Lead to manage end-to-end solution design, delivering architecture design documents aligned with business requirements and standards. The role requires publishing design decisions, deviations, and risks for governance and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will present at design authorities and provide technical leadership across projects, acting as SME and consultant for cybersecurity and enterprise architecture in a large IT transformation

Qualifications

• Degree or work experience directly in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• CISSP/CISM certification or other broad cybersecurity industry-recognised certificate preferred
• SABSA or TOGAF certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage, and update end-to-end solution designs in line with reference architecture & business requirements
• Articulate and publish key design decision records and options to ensure all solutions follow a logical, transparent decision-making process
• Articulate, publish, and ensure approval of any design deviations resulting in technical debt
• Ensure any technical risks or issues arising from a solution design are recorded and mitigated
• Promote strong documentation and clerkship
• Leadership & Teamwork: provide technical thought leadership and manage cross-functional teams
