This is a new opportunity at a large corporate insurance company with a strong Lloyd’s presence, seeking an experienced Cyber Underwriter to manage a developing and growing portfolio.
The role has evolved over the past 18 months, encompassing both open market and a robust DUA presence. As the second-in-command in the team, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience. The position is primarily based at the office, with significant travel opportunities.
The portfolio is broad, covering a worldwide, including US, market with most business coming from the open market. The successful candidate must be a strong influencer, with a significant presence and good decision-making skills.
The existing DUA portfolio includes key international coverholders, with risks spanning insurtech, healthcare, aerospace, and more. Experience working with large corporate clients, with revenues exceeding $1 billion USD, is essential.
