The Opportunity

You will be a team member within the Operational Threat Intelligence team, reporting to the Operational Threat Intelligence Manager, and supported by the Operational TI Team Leads.

This role involves analysis of cyber threats, development of actionable intelligence, and collaboration with various teams.

Your support will be critical in enhancing NCC Group’s Threat Intelligence capabilities and the broader services we offer.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Threat Intelligence collection and analysis: Use OSINT and other sources to collect and analyze cyber threats, including malware, vulnerabilities, and TTPs. Monitor emerging threats, industry trends, and geopolitical events to provide timely intelligence.
  2. Intelligence Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating complex information to aid decision-making.
  3. Collaboration and Information Sharing: Work with internal teams and participate in communities to stay updated on the threat landscape.
  4. Use of TI Tools: Utilize threat intelligence platforms and tools to improve analysis efficiency.
Functional and Technical Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (Desirable).
  • Hold CRTIA or be willing to obtain it.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of cyber threat landscapes, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience as a threat intelligence analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, subdomains.
  • Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (e.g., MISP).
