Job Opportunity: Incident Response Manager

A large global financial services firm is seeking an Incident Response Manager within its cyber threat division. This role offers the chance to join a leading cyber and information security team operating in a 24/7 global environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of Cyber Threat Analysts delivering services to global users
  2. Continuously improve processes and procedures
  3. Oversee incidents, ensuring tools and processes are followed
  4. Communicate with wider teams on emerging threats
  5. Develop new forensic capabilities
  6. Act as an escalation point, including on-call weekend duties once a month
  7. Lead information security projects
  8. Ensure services meet business requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in a technical cyber/incident response role
  • Previous team management experience
  • Understanding of incident response frameworks and methodologies (ICERF)
  • Knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and response processes
  • Familiarity with incident response tools and measures
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, OSCE) are advantageous
