Qualifications

• Experience advising on cyber matters, including cyber insurance.
• Experience in technically complex litigation is preferred.
• Strong commitment to business development.
• Awareness of regulatory changes in data protection.

Responsibilities

• Pre-breach services development and delivery, including cyber simulations.
• End-to-end management of cyber security incidents and related litigation.
• Regulatory investigations handling and liaison with regulators.
• Cyber/privacy and technology litigation across high-profile matters.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
