Job summary

The Home Office is seeking a Cyber Strategy Manager (Inside IR35) for a short-term contract to support the Head of Cyber Strategy. You will lead stakeholder engagements, draft strategy papers, and develop operating model artefacts to accelerate the cyber transformation programme.

Remote with occasional office travel within the UK, you will coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, produce briefing packs for senior leadership, and maintain project governance and documentation to ensure

Qualifications

Experience drafting strategy papers, governance products, and operating models.
Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagements and workshops.
Strong analytical skills to synthesize information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate contributions to programme deliverables.
Facilitate engagement sessions and drive consensus across technical and non-technical groups.
Draft, quality-assure and maintain strategy papers, reports and governance artefacts.
Produce operating model artefacts (process maps, RACI, capability frameworks, stakeholder maps).
Prepare briefing papers and leadership packs for governance and decision-making.
Conduct evidence gathering and analysis to support strategy development.
Maintain programme documentation, action logs and version control.
Support governance and programme management activities to ensure delivery.
