Job summary

A technology staffing firm is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant with extensive experience in ZIA and ZPA. You will be responsible for deploying into customer environments and troubleshooting in a live enterprise setting. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gain customer confidence with complex technologies. This is a hybrid position based mainly in Edinburgh with touchpoints in Glasgow.

I’m working with a client currently shortlisting that someone with real world delivery experience across ZIA and ZPA - not just ‘awareness’ or having ‘played with it’.

You’ll be deployed into a customer environment supporting a large zScaler implementation with ZPA currently rolling out. ZIA is already live and they are exploring wider elements of the portfolio. You’ll need to own the tech, not just follow playbooks.

Design and configure policies across ZIA & ZPA

Troubleshoot in a live enterprise setting with stakeholder exposure

Steer wider portfolio adoption with autonomy

Translate zScaler complexity into customer confidence

Hybrid role with on-site presence expected.

Main site: Edinburgh, with additional touchpoints in Glasgow
