Cyber Security Tech Lead

Taking the lead role as a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be principally responsible for both the functional and technical security aspects of the organization. Oversight includes responding to critical incidents and threats, working closely with the SOC team and Head of Security teams on tactical and strategic development of the security function within a top-tier business. This role emphasizes project-related work, requiring a strong all-round cybersecurity background with experience in delivering standards such as ISO2700x, Cyber Essentials, CIS, NIST, and familiarity with emerging UK government cybersecurity initiatives. Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity principles, theories, practices, and techniques, including offensive security is essential. Technical proficiency with Defender, Intune, Azure, and D365 is required. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH are preferred.

Experience in implementing and adhering to controls within a growing organization, especially in new territories, would be beneficial. Additionally, experience in security architecture would be valuable.

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office once a week.
