They are now looking for a Cyber Security Team Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead daily operations and projects for Cyber Security, ensuring system security.
2. Manage a team of Cyber Security Engineers and Analysts, setting priorities and overseeing tasks.
3. Ensure secure implementation and maintenance of company systems, staying updated on cyber threats.
4. Coordinate with Technology Services departments for compliance and security.
5. Handle security incidents and escalations, and manage third-party technical support.
6. Provide security metrics, maintain documentation, and collaborate on technology design.
7. Oversee security platform support, incident response, and vulnerability management.
8. Track cyber threats, support vulnerability analysis, and lead system patching and updates.
9. Integrate security into Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes, and maintain technical design documentation.
10. Act as a technical mentor, ensuring team skills are current and aligned with security certifications.
11. Stay proactive in threat monitoring and support auditing requirements.
