Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist in Worcester, UK, to perform advanced red team operations and assess security across critical environments. This full-time, onsite role requires active eDV clearance and offers a dynamic, high-security setting.

You will design and execute complex attack simulations, identify vulnerabilities, and help strengthen defenses across systems and networks in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive red team or offensive cyber operations experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows security internals and evasion techniques.
• Experience exploiting vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.
• Understanding of cloud security testing across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with offensive tooling such as Cobalt Strike.
• Experience bypassing modern security controls (EDR, IDS, firewalls).
• Knowledge of covert communications and advanced attack techniques.

THE SENIOR CYBER SECURITY SPECIALIST ROLE:

You will play a key role in delivering advanced red team operations, simulating real world cyber-attacks to test and strengthen security capabilities. Working within a specialist team, you will design and execute complex engagement scenarios, identify vulnerabilities and contribute to improving defensive posture across a range of systems and environments.
