Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is recruiting a Cyber Project Manager for Stevenage (Hertfordshire) and London. This 12-month contract role is inside IR35, offering a daily rate of 700–750 GBP.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in business change, transformation, technology or operations.
• Familiarity with cyber frameworks and controls (NIST, CIS, ISO, CAF).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and controls.
• Experience creating project plans, schedules, reports and RAID logs.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in a PMO or Programme setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules and roadmaps.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources and activities to achieve outcomes.
• Provide timely reporting to Programme Managers and governance forums.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
