Work Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom [thrice in a week at client office] - Mandatory

Job description:

• Understand system obsolescence and vulnerabilities from the vulnerabilities report

• Develop a map of outdated technologies and corresponding servers by working with the SMEs

• Collaborate with respective teams to define upgrade strategies

• Create and document upgrade plans for affected servers

• Provide a periodic status report of the progress

• Technical project management experience

• Ability to create reports and risk maps.

• Good communication to work with different teams.

• Basic understanding of outdated systems and security risks.

• Problem-solving to suggest upgrade solutions.

• Familiar with customer-facing service management role
